Return and Refund Policy

At MenaGifts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free 7-day return policy.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • Timeframe: The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Packaging: Unopened products with all original accessories and manuals included.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale.”
  • Gift cards.
  • Perishable goods.
  • Items that show obvious signs of use or are missing parts not due to our error.
  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@zahraliving.com or call +971 52 699 1114 within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and specific shipping instructions.
  3. Pack & Ship: Securely pack the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Please ship the package to: Zahra Living FZE-LLC Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

Refund Information

  • Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Processing: Approved refunds will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method (PayPal or Credit Card).
  • Timeline: Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer’s processing times.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Standard Returns: The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error or a defective product, MenaGifts will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the actual shipping cost incurred by us will be deducted from your refund.
  • International Returns: International customers are responsible for return shipping and any applicable customs fees or duties.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Damaged or Defective Items

We inspect all products before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged item:

  • Contact us at info@menagifts.com within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Provide clear photos of the damaged item and the external packaging.
  • We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including all shipping costs.
