At MenaGifts, we partner with Aramex to ensure your orders are delivered safely and efficiently. We provide transparent, dynamic shipping rates calculated directly from our carrier’s live data.
Shipping Destinations
Within UAE (Domestic Shipping):
We deliver to all emirates across the United Arab Emirates, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Umm Al Quwain.
International Shipping:
We ship to over 200 countries worldwide. Our primary international zones include:
- GCC Countries: Bahrain, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and Oman.
- Global Zones: Destinations across Europe, North America, Asia, and Africa.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
UAE Domestic Delivery:
- Next Day Delivery (Standard): 1-2 business days. Shipping starts from AED 15.00 (inclusive of 5% VAT) for the first 5kg.
- Same Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 2:00 PM in select city limits (Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi). Shipping starts from AED 24.00 (inclusive of 5% VAT).
International Shipping:
- GCC Express by Land: 3-5 business days. Available to Bahrain, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and Oman.
- International Express by Air: 3-7 business days for most global destinations.
How Shipping is Calculated
Our website uses a dynamic calculator to determine costs at checkout based on:
- Destination: Local, GCC Land, or International zones.
- Weight Logic: We use the greater of Actual Weight or Dimensional Weight ($L \times W \times H \div 5000$).
- Product Type: Documents (under 2kg) and Parcels are billed at different rates.
Additional Surcharges
To maintain transparency, please note the following surcharges which are automatically calculated where applicable:
- Fuel Surcharge: A variable monthly percentage applied to all international shipments.
- Emergency Surcharge: AED 4.00 per 0.5kg (capped at AED 20.00) for international orders.
- Dangerous Goods: Items such as perfumes or products with batteries incur a surcharge of AED 40.00 (Air) or AED 10.00 (GCC Land).
- Oman Regulatory Fee: A mandatory 6% TRA surcharge applies to all shipments to Oman.
- War Risk Surcharge: Applied to specific zones as dictated by Aramex (e.g., Libya, Syria, Yemen).
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- UAE Orders: All domestic shipping rates include 5% VAT.
- International Orders: Any customs duties, import taxes, or local clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We declare the actual value of goods as per UAE regulations and cannot mark items as “gifts.”
Delivery Guidelines
- Attempts: Aramex will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned, and re-delivery fees will apply.
- Damages: Please inspect packages upon arrival. Report any damage within 24 hours to our support team with photographic evidence.
